Your transformational journey through the ILS Leadership Institute begins with a comprehensive 360º assessment, and continues with eight workshops that help you to understand who you are as a leader and where you have the opportunity to grow. Each month we will explore these concepts and the ways in which you can apply them to your everyday life.
