Mike Crotty, president of Spirit Services Company, found himself in a situation that no family business leader wants to face – making the hard choice between keeping a family member in the business and making sure the business has a solid future. During our November educational program, Mike will share the history of Spirit Services, how he found himself at a critical crossroad for the future of his family’s business, how he handled the situation, and what he’s learned along the way.
