Bringing the Next Gen into the Family Business: Are You Ready? Are They?

The program is facilitated by Bea Wolper, Conway Center co-founder and President of Emens & Wolper Law Firm. Family business leaders from McCullough’s Landscape and Nursery, Miles-McClellan Construction, and Crestview Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Services will share strategies for getting the next generation into the family business, preparing them to lead, and managing the transition of leadership – as well as a few stories of lessons learned along the way!
