How to Protect Yourself from Cyber Threats

We want to keep our members safe from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. Know your Conway Center Team when you receive communications from us, they'll come from our core team members through these addresses:

Amy Dotts (adotts@familybusinesscenter.com)

Jill Hofmans (jhofmans@familybusinesscenter.com)

Lorna Flint (lflint@familybusinesscenter.com)

Our general inbox (info@familybusinesscenter.com)

Staying Safe Together

If something seems off about an email – like an unusual request or invoice – let us know. We'd much rather spend a few minutes verifying a legitimate request than see one of our member businesses fall victim to fraud.

Other signs that indicate a phishing attempt:

    • Urgent or threatening language
    • Suspicious or mismatched sender email addresses
    • Poor grammar, spelling errors, or unusual formatting
    • Unexpected attachments

Remember, our team will never ask you to share sensitive information like passwords or bank details through email. We handle such matters in person or through our secure Payment Center.

Spotted a suspicious message? Do not click on any links or download attachments. Forward it to adotts@familybusinesscenter.com. Your alert could help protect other family businesses in our network.

Feel free to reach out directly to our team members if you have questions about verifying communications from us.
